The Day We Lost Granny in China
Her dream was to see the Yangtze,
the treasures of the East.
Yet only on the second day
she managed to get lost!
Amid lotus ponds and pavilions
away from the rush of Shanghai,
with lanterns and pagodas
under a hazy autumn sky.
To be lost in the heavenly gardens,
well, it could be an awful lot worse.
