About Me
I work mainly in pastel from my studio, overlooking the beautiful and historic city of Bristol, which is also famous for the annual Balloon Festival and of course, the Suspension Bridge - one of Isambard Kingdom Brunel's great engineering feats.
Drawing inspiration from extensive world travel and a love of photography, I try to capture the essential spirit of my many subjects.
Travels to Australia, New Zealand, North America, The Ukraine and India have provided rich ongoing material for my painting and photography.
The Pastel Society and The Society of Women Artists have displayed my paintings at The Mall Galleries, London and my work has also featured on BBCTV & Radio and in several issues of the Friends of the RWA Magazine.
Original paintings, Prints and Greetings Cards are available in the UK and abroad with local representation in the Alexander Gallery and The Ashton Court Visitor Centre. www.ashtoncourtestate.co.uk
I welcome commissions which can be undertaken from supplied photographs. Do contact me for information.
